It started at 8 years old (Brownie pack energy: organized, enthusiastic, mildly unstoppable). Then it kept going: Western University fundraisers, good-cause campaigns, some of Toronto’s most successful singles events (yes, really), big city initiatives with the City of Toronto, business roundtables, trade and cross-cultural events, and networks like Fabulous Women supporting women entrepreneurs.

Somewhere along the way I realized: put the right people in a room… and the room gets smarter.

Today, I bring that same love of gathering —

plus the rigor and choreography of my certification in the world-renowned XCHANGE Approach. That means your gathering isn’t a “meeting.” It’s a designed experience where people feel safe, seen, and activated — and where conversations produce clarity, momentum, and next steps.
