How many summers do

you have left to savor?

You didn’t come this far to feel

tired, foggy, or discouraged.

Every delicious moment counts.

What are you still carrying that was never yours to carry?
When did you last feel truly energized — and what happened to that?

What would you do this summer if you weren’t so tired?

And then...

What if this is the summer everything starts to shift?

What does your most luscious chapter look like — and what’s one thing standing between you and it?

What would you attempt if you knew you had everything you needed?

What is trying to emerge in you right now that hasn’t had enough space yet?

What if the best chapter of your life is not behind you — but just beginning?

Science tells us we’re living longer than any generation before us.
Lifespan — how long we live — is expanding.

Healthspan — how well we live — is within our reach.

But there’s a third dimension nobody talks about enough.

ThirdSpan — how richly you live.
Purpose.

Vitality.

Meaningful work.

Deep connection.

The feeling that the best chapter of your life might actually still be ahead.

That’s what we’re building this summer.

What you're signing up for:

A free summer series with Elizabeth — weekly resources, expert conversations, powerful questions, and practical tools to help you build the foundation of your ThirdSpan.

No commitment. No overwhelm. Just the right questions at the right time — and a community of people asking them alongside you.

Show up when you can. Take what serves you. Leave the rest.

What does a luscious ThirdSpan look like for you?

Hi, I'm Elizabeth

I am the founder of New PrimeTime and the Midlife Wisdom School.
For thirty years I have been studying one question:

What allows people to flourish sustainably in the richest chapter of their lives — in midlife and beyond?

I hold one of the rarest certifications in the midlife space — MEA’s Anatomy of a Transition consultant certification, with only one training ever offered globally. I am also certified in the Xchange Approach, Conscious Leadership, and Robert Fritz’s structural creation methodology.

I am not standing at the top of the mountain waving down at you.
I am in this too.

The beacon doesn’t follow the path. It shows the way.

Dr. Louis Cady, my friend and fellow curiosity geek on all things flourishing.

Dr. Louis Cady is a renowned neuropsychiatrist trained at Mayo Clinic — and for twelve years we have been in the kind of deep, wide-ranging, occasionally ridiculous conversation that only happens between two people who are genuinely obsessed with the same question.

What does it actually take for human beings to thrive — in body, brain, and life — in midlife and beyond?

Louis brings the science. The clinical depth. The integrative medicine brilliance that makes your brain light up and your body make sense again.
I bring the frameworks, the facilitation, and the thirty years of watching what actually works when people decide to design their lives on purpose.
Together we are building something the midlife world hasn’t seen before.
And this summer — he shows up here too.

Because the best conversations about flourishing don’t happen in a doctor’s office.

They happen between curious people who refuse to settle for ordinary.

The life and work you don’t want to retire from is waiting.
Let’s go build it together.
